Set longer-term outcomes

Once your community has determined the priority areas for action, the next step is to set out your desired outcomes for the Action Plan. These outcomes are your longer term aims, related to your AEDI results, that answer the question: “What do we want for children and their families in our community?”

Outcomes should address the specific needs and issues of your community and should fit with your community’s vision, as established earlier in the planning phase.
